These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the BulkLine Summit and related activities (the “Conference”), including associated forums, site visits, receptions, digital materials and communications.
By registering for or participating in the Conference, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Nature of the Conference
The Conference is designed as a professional, closed-format platform for structured dialogue, independent judgment and cross-sector exchange across commodities, maritime systems, energy, capital and related infrastructure domains.
Conference content is provided for informational and discussion purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, solicitation, endorsement, legal advice or regulatory guidance.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own assessments, decisions and conclusions.
Participation Eligibility and Access

Participation is subject to prior confirmation by the organizing team.
The organizers reserve the right to approve, decline or limit participation in order to preserve the professional integrity, balance and working environment of the Conference.
Participation categories, access scope and on-site privileges are defined by the applicable Participation & Access Options and may vary by format.
Programme Status and Adjustments
Programme structures, session directions and formats are released on a rolling-update basis.
While the overall direction, tone and structural framework of the Conference remain consistent, specific session titles, speakers, roundtable formats and project highlights may be adjusted in response to operational, compliance or contextual considerations.
The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications without prior notice.
Independence and Neutrality
The Conference is designed and executed in accordance with the following principles:

Participation categories and access scope are subject to final confirmation by the organizing team. Arrangements may be adjusted in line with operational, compliance or force majeure considerations.
Conference content does not constitute investment advice or recommendation. Participation is governed by the applicable Terms of Participation and Privacy Policy.
Delivery & Confirmation Principles
All participation, exposure and engagement items are subject to written confirmation. Final rights, deliverables, timelines and formats shall be governed by the mutually confirmed Proforma Invoice / Written Agreement.

  • Statements & Policies (including compliance, conduct and data use)
The organizing team reserves the right to make reasonable technical or operational adjustments without affecting confirmed core entitlements.
Fees, Payments and Refunds
Participation fees, where applicable, are communicated separately and governed by specific participation arrangements.
All payments are processed through designated service entities acting as contractual and administrative service providers for the Conference.

Refund and cancellation terms, if applicable, will be specified in the relevant participation confirmation.
Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All Conference materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, session formats and recordings, remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Recording, reproduction or distribution of Conference content is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Conduct and Compliance
Participants are expected to adhere to the Conference Code of Conduct and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and venue requirements.
The organizers reserve the right to restrict participation or remove individuals whose conduct materially disrupts the Conference environment or violates these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The organizers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation in the Conference, including reliance on discussions, statements or materials shared during the event.
